Took two days off from 30ds, due to the weather, feeling ill etc. I was really worried, from previous experience, that the break in my workout would cause me to completely stop doing it. But, I surprised myself and got back into it today. I was also afraid about how hard it would be to complete the workout, I was on a roll before. Luckily, my fears were unwarranted. I finished the entire workout, even managed some yoga asanas after and I am feeling good!
I think it is time I started blogging about something other than 30ds. This blog was not meant to be a workout diary.
